Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Contribute more to an HSA in 2024! IRS maximum contribution limits are increasing to $4,150 for employee-only and $8,300 for family. (These are increases of $300 and $550). These maximum limits include your contributions and Salesloft’s contributions combined.
  • Contribute an additional $1,000 in catch-up contributions each year if you’re age 55 or older.
  • Salesloft will continue to contribute up to $1,200/$2,400 for 2024!  For those enrolled in a high deductible health plan, Salesloft will continue to contribute up $1,200 for employee only and $2,400 for family (all dependent coverage tiers) which can be used towards your medical expenses.

Voluntary Life Insurance

  • Special Opportunity for Voluntary Life! Guaranteed Issue for employee and Spouse Voluntary Life Insurance was extended to 2024 and the amounts have increased!
    • Employees may enroll in or increase their Voluntary Life up to the new guaranteed issue of $300,000.
    • Spouse – employees may enroll in increase spouse coverage up to the new guaranteed issue $50,000
