Cigna PPO 1000
This PPO plan offers access to numerous in-network services for the cost of a copay. The premiums for this plan are the highest of the three plan options, while the copays (for in-network benefits) and out-of-pocket maximums are the lowest of the three plan options. Shared costs through coinsurance (for out-of-network care) are also lower than the PPO 2000 option.
Cigna PPO 2000
This PPO plan also offers access to numerous in-network services for the cost of a copay. The premiums for this plan sit in between the other two plans, with higher shared cost through coinsurance and higher out-of-pocket maximums than the Cigna PPO 1000, with earlier access to cost share than the Cigna HDHP.
Cigna HDHP
The high deductible health plan (HDHP) offers the lowest premiums of all three plan options, but requires the highest immediate out-of-pocket costs when you need care, since you must meet the deductible before the plan begins paying benefits. The Cigna HDHP plan is the only plan eligible to be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which is partially funded by Salesloft to cover a portion of your deductible ($1,200 if you’re enrolled as an individual, or $2,400 if you’re enrolled in any other tier). You may also deposit additional pre-tax dollars into your HSA to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision and pharmacy expenses with tax-free dollars. Or you can save unused fund to use at a later time, even in retirement.
All three medical plans:
- Have access to the same Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) network of providers with a wide range of doctors and hospitals to choose from.
- Provide prescription drug coverage.
- Have a large provider network so you have a wide range of doctors and hospitals to choose from.
- Do not require a referral to see a specialist or out-of-network provider.

Telehealth through MDLIVE
A feature of your Salesloft Medical benefits through Cigna is telehealth visits through MDLIVE, available for you and all dependents enrolled on the plan. You and your covered dependents have 24/7/365 access to board certified primary care doctors and pediatricians by online video or phone through MDLIVE.
