Basic Life Insurance
You automatically receive Basic Life Insurance of one times your annual compensation, up to a maximum of $250,000. Salesloft provides this coverage at no cost to you.
Basic Life insurance is provided at no cost to you if you are a full-time US employee working at least 30 hours per week.
Basic AD&D
Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) pays a benefit if you or your covered spouse experience a covered loss or injury as the result of a non-workplace accident. The level of benefit paid will vary depending on the severity of the accidental injury or disability.
The covered loss or injury must result from:
- A covered accident and from no other cause
- Death, dismemberment, loss of sight, hearing or speech; or total and permanent disability within one year of the covered accident
Basic AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to you if you are a full-time US employee working at least 30 hours per week.
Voluntary Life
If you want additional protection, you can enroll in Voluntary Life coverage.
You can also elect Voluntary Life for your spouse and/or children.
Employee
- Coverage: purchase in $10,000 increments
- Maximum benefit: lesser of 5 times salary or $500,000
- Guaranteed issue: $300,000
Spouse
- Coverage: purchase in $5,000 increments
- Maximum benefit: $100,000*
- Guaranteed issue: $50,000
Children
- Coverage: purchase in increments of $5,000, up to a maximum of $10,000
- Guaranteed issue: all amounts
* Not to exceed 50% of the employee coverage amount
