Before taking a single day of PTO, enjoy 28 company-wide vacation days, including a full shut-down week and “Rest Days” off.
Parental Leave
Salesloft offers a parental leave benefit to support Lofters with the wonderful but challenging role of becoming parents, or as their families grow.
Over 12 months tenure:
- 16 weeks fully paid maternity leave
- 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave
You also get 12 months of free diapers, 10 weeks of meal deliveries and home cleaning services, plus a transition period to ease back into the office.
Less than 12 months tenure:
- 16 weeks maternity leave paid 60% through disability for 6 weeks, then fully paid for 10 weeks through payroll
- 2 weeks fully paid paternity leave
You also get 12 months of free diapers, plus a transition period to ease back into the office.
