- Medical Plan Design – Choice is important and so Salesloft continues to offer a selection of plans for employees to choose from in order to have what works best for their personal situation. Lofters will have two plan options to choose from, both of which offer comprehensive medical coverage at an affordable price.
- Virtual cards – There will be no physical ID cards in 2026. Access your virtual medical and dental ID cards through the Cigna app or website.
- MDLive – If you enroll in the Cigna HDHP in 2026, you will have a $0 copay for any applicable primary and urgent care telehealth visits through MDLive. MDLive is a leading telehealth provider offering 24/7 virtual care—including primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, dermatology, and employee assistance programs.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
- You can contribute more to an HSA in 2026. IRS maximum contribution limits are increasing to $4,400 for employee-only coverage and $8,750 for family coverage. (These are increases of $100 and $200, respectively). These maximum limits include your contributions and Salesloft’s contributions combined.
- If you’re age 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000 in catch-up contributions each year.
- Salesloft will continue to contribute up to $1,200 for employee-only and $2,400 for family coverage for 2026! For those enrolled in a high-deductible health plan, Salesloft’s contributions can be used toward your medical expenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Health care FSA and Limited Purpose FSA contribution limits for 2026 will increase to $3,400 per year.
- Dependent Care FSA contribution limit for 2026 will increase to $7,500 per household.
Dental
Salesloft is consolidating two separate dental plans (Cigna High and Low) into one comprehensive plan through Cigna. The new plan features a $2,000 annual maximum, covers preventive care at 100% and includes orthodontia coverage for adults and dependents to age 19.

Vision
Salesloft is changing Vision providers from Cigna to VSP in 2026. The new vision offering will continue to provide Lofters and their families access to quality vision care and discounts through VSP’s nationwide provider network. VSP offers annual eye exams, generous frame and lens allowances, and exclusive member extras.

Life and Disability
Coverage for Life and Disability benefits will remain with New York Life (NYL) in 2026. There are some changes to the current coverage, outlined below. Any previously elected and approved voluntary life coverage will be carried forward in 2026.
Basic Life and AD&D:
Benefit increasing to 2x annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000, with matching AD&D coverage where applicable.
Disability:
- Short-Term Disability (STD): Benefit will pay 60% of your earnings to an increased weekly maximum of $3,000 per week. Any disability caused by accident will now have an elimination period of seven days.
- Long Term Disability (LTD): Benefit will pay 60% of your earnings to an increased monthly maximum of $13,000 per month.
Voluntary Life:
- Employee Life:
- Benefit Maximum: Elections can be made up to $500,000, in increments of $25,000. Any increase in coverage during this OE period will require additional EOI be submitted and approved by NYL.
- Guarantee issue amount: $300,000.
- Spouse Coverage:
- Benefit Maximum: Spouses may elect coverage up to $250,000, in increments of $5,000. Any increase in coverage during this OE period will require additional EOI be submitted and approved by NYL. Any voluntary spousal life benefit must coincide with an equal or greater election by the employee.
- Guarantee issue amount: $50,000.
- Child Coverage:
- Child life benefit of $10,000.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment:
- Voluntary AD&D available to match your voluntary life elections
New Voluntary Offerings
Critical Illness:
Lofters will now have two Critical Illness benefits to choose from, with lifetime benefit maximums of $15,000 or $30,000. Coverage is available for Lofters and their spouses (100% of employee amount) and children (50% of employee amount). There is no EOI process to enroll, as all benefits are guaranteed issue. Employee semi-monthly costs are age banded, and based on elected benefit maximum.
Accident:
Lofters will now have two Accident benefits to choose from. These plans provide coverage for accidents that occur on or off the job, from common injuries to more serious events. A lump-sum benefit is paid based on the type of accident, such as emergency care treatment, hospital or ICU admission, and fractures or dislocations. Employee semi-monthly costs are based on level of benefit and dependent coverage.
NEW! Hospital Care Insurance:
Salesloft will be introducing Cigna Hospital Care Insurance in 2026 as a new voluntary benefit election. There are two different levels of benefit to choose from. Hospital Care Insurance provides a cash benefit when you’re admitted to a hospital due to a covered illness or injury, helping offset out-of-pocket costs like deductibles, co-pays, and non-medical expenses regardless of your primary health insurance. Employee semi-monthly costs are based on level of benefit and dependent coverage.
MetLife Legal
Salesloft will be switching legal support vendors in 2026, introducing MetLaw Hyatt Legal Plans. MetLaw is a comprehensive benefit that allows Lofters and their families to easily connect with experienced attorneys for office consultations, telephone advice, and covered legal representation. Cost for this service is $21.75 per month.
