- Medical Plan Design – Choice is important and so Salesloft continues to offer a selection of plans for employees to choose from in order to have what works best for their personal situation. The medical plans have been simplified by consolidating from three to two plans. Simplifying to two plans provides cost savings.
- Virtual cards – there will be no physical ID cards in 2025. Access your virtual ID cards through the Cigna app or website.

2025 Medical Plan Semi-Monthly Paycheck Contributions
Below are the per paycheck contributions for the two medical plans available. Healthcare costs are a shared responsibility, and as a result, Salesloft is covering two-thirds of the cost increase.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
- You can contribute more to an HSA in 2025. IRS maximum contribution limits are increasing to $4,300 for employee-only and $8,550 for family. (These are increases of $150 and $250, respectively). These maximum limits include your contributions and Salesloft’s contributions combined.
- If you’re age 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000 in catch-up contributions each year.
- Salesloft will continue to contribute up to $1,200/$2,400 for 2025! For those enrolled in a high deductible health plan, Salesloft will continue to contribute up $1,200 for employee only and $2,400 for family (all dependent coverage tiers) which can be used towards your medical expenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Health Care FSA contribution limits for 2025 will be $3,300 per year.
- Dependent Care FSA contribution limit remains $5,000.
Voluntary Life Insurance
- Special Opportunity for Voluntary Life. Guaranteed Issue for employee and spouse Voluntary Life Insurance was extended to 2025.
- Employees may enroll in or increase their Voluntary Life up to the guaranteed issue of $300,000.
- Spouse – employees may enroll in increase spouse coverage up to the guaranteed issue $50,000
