Your Choice: Two Plan Options
Cigna PPO 2000
The PPO plan provides access to a wide range of in-network services for a simple copay. While premiums are higher than the Cigna HDHP, you benefit from lower upfront costs and earlier cost-sharing when you need care.
Cigna High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
The HDHP offers lower premiums but higher upfront costs, as you must meet the deductible before the plan splits the cost of services with you. It’s the only Cigna plan eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA), which Salesloft partially funds—$1,200 for individual coverage or $2,400 for other tiers. You can also contribute additional pre-tax dollars to your HSA to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy expenses tax-free, or save unused funds for future needs—even retirement.
Both medical plans:
- Have access to the same Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) network of providers with a wide range of doctors and hospitals to choose from.
- Provide prescription drug coverage.
- Have a large provider network so you have a wide range of doctors and hospitals to choose from.
- Do not require a referral to see a specialist or out-of-network provider.

You can switch gyms or cancel anytime after the initial two-month commitment, and spouses or domestic partners can be added for an additional fee. This comprehensive maternity management program, provided at no cost to enrolled participants, is designed to help you stay healthy before and during your pregnancy and in the days and weeks following your baby’s birth. A feature of your Salesloft Medical benefits through Cigna is telehealth visits through MDLIVE, available for you and all dependents enrolled on the plan. You and your covered dependents have 24/7/365 access to board certified primary care doctors and pediatricians by online video or phone through MDLIVE.
