Short-term Disability (STD)
- Benefit percentage:
For accident: 60% of weekly pre-disability earnings for up to 13 weeks
For sickness: 60% of weekly pre-disability earnings for up to 14 weeks - Maximum weekly benefit: $1,500
- Elimination period:
0 days for an accident
7 days for illness (benefit begins on day 8)
Salesloft offers STD coverage at no cost to you, if you are a full-time employee working 30 or more hours per week.
Long-term Disability (LTD)
- Benefit percentage: 60% of your monthly covered earnings until the later of your Social Security Normal Retirement Age or the maximum benefit period provided in your Summary of Benefits
- Maximum monthly benefit: $7,500
- Elimination period: 90 days of continuous disability
